Tennessee requires 16 hours of continuing education per two-year renewal cycle: a 6-hour TREC Core (2027-2028) course plus 10 elective hours. This course provides 8 elective hours.
Every tool in this course can produce a confident, well-written, professional-looking answer that is wrong. Your license does not care that a machine wrote it. The obligation stays with you. This edition was rewritten from the first page for the 2027 renewal cycle against what the platforms actually do today and what regulators, courts, and MLSs have said since the last edition.
What You'll Actually Build
No prior technology background is required. If you can send an email and attach a file, you can do everything in this course. You work at a computer with the AI tool open in a second window, and every exercise has a time box and a stated finish condition so you know when you are done.
Your Own Listing Assistant
The problem
Writing listing descriptions, buyer summaries, and follow-up emails from scratch eats hours every week, and the output drifts in tone from one day to the next.
What you build
A custom assistant you build without code that holds your instructions, your voice, and your fair-housing guardrails.
The workflow
Paste the property facts, ask for the description, run the verification checklist, and send. The assistant remembers your standards so you do not re-explain them every time.
What it changes
Listing copy goes from a blank page to a reviewed draft in minutes, in your voice, every time.
Section 3
The Verification Standard
The problem
AI-altered photos, AI-generated testimonials, and confidently wrong numbers have already produced real complaints, regulator alerts, and lawsuits in this industry.
What you build
A one-page verification standard, assembled section by section as you work, that states what gets checked before anything reaches a client, a consumer, or the MLS.
The workflow
Run the standard against every AI output in the course, then keep it as the page you hand to your principal broker.
What it changes
You use the tools with confidence because you know exactly what you are responsible for checking, and how.
Sections 1 through 4, collected in the Reference section
Eight hours from now you will know which AI platform to reach for and why, you will have run real transaction work through those platforms with your own hands, and you will leave with a working assistant of your own.
This course also covers what AI cannot do. Final pricing decisions, legal interpretation, and fiduciary recommendations stay with you. Every AI output is a first draft — the course includes the verification checklist to run before anything reaches a client.
